So lately everyone’s been asking about my ass.
Rather than just keep answering “Squats!” like everyone always says I thought I’d give everyone a taste of what I actually did. You can and should add weights to these moves when you get to that point.
All of these moves target your glutes, so get workin if you want dat ass!
Despite all my hard work and the 40 pound weight loss, I struggle very deeply with the idea that my body still isn’t good enough. I have this vision of myself in a bikini, flat tummy, toned arms, legs and butt…. I don’t know for sure if I’ll ever get there though. I want to be in that body by my honeymoon in 10.5 weeks, but is that possible? I need hope. I need to know that my dreams are possible, because at this point, I don’t know how to get my head on straight.
Repeat after me: I am a goddess. My spirit is towering, my soul is mighty, my breasts are magnificent and my shoes are super fucking cute.
Meal 3, 5oz chicken breast with 1/2 cup marinara sauce and 1/2 cup of brown rice. Green salad with tomato, onion and balsamic on the side. This was delightful. 388 cals, 43 g carbs, 6 g fat, 40 g protein. Feeling so good!
Meal 1 - 1/2 cup egg whites with siracha hot sauce, 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, stevia and cinnamon. 174 calories, 24 g of carbs, 1 g of fat, 16 g of protein.
