Today I went to WW and lost 1.2 since my last weigh in. I haven’t weighed in for about 2 weeks, but I’m still so happy to see a loss. I hit my 5% too which means I’m halfway to my goal of 135!
I am just aching for a clear schedule so I can start spending my time at crossfit building my strength and skill and losing body fat.
Here’s to a day free of overeating and stress!
This body type is my ultimate goal. I know that the number on the scale isn’t going to matter at some point.
The side view really shows the changes. I can’t believe my belly once stuck out that far. I’m so ready to get into the body I’m meant to be in.
